Getting Started

This project is easier than it looks. It only has two profile patterns, five simple not-too-tall Stacks, and uses only .3oz of core wool. 
Quick and cute, or ultra-detailed realism - the choice is yours.
The default pattern is a perfect size for 3"x5" framed portrait, a Christmas ornament or refrigerator magnet. The resize-able profile can be enlarged up to  about 7.5” x 8.5” (190 mm x 218 mm)

Beginning Felters

I suggest you complete the included Penguin tutorial first. It shows you the SWiFT way of felting in an easy step-by-step way.
A basic horse head is your goal to start. You’ll likely be amazed at what you can make. The ears might be a little fussy, but you can do it.

Experienced Felters

Once the profiles are stacked up and combined, the rest of the sculpt should be obvious. You’ll have a realistic horse portrait completed in no time.

Craft Sellers

Make custom horses at the event by felting a bunch in basic colors (bay, black, palomino, etc.) and then quickly add customized markings when purchased.
